Please read all of the salon policies listed below before booking your appointment. Booking an appointment with Toni Anthony is your acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
- In order to book, you must be 13+ years of age.
- A 35% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the completion of your service.
- Non-transferable means that the deposit can only be applied to appointments within the month that it was originally booked for. You may not carry a deposit into the following month via rescheduling.
- The schedule is available every month, on the 15th, at 1pm for the preceding month. Ex: Booking for February will be available on January 15th.
- Remaining balances may be paid via cash, or credit/debit card. All card payments will acquire an $3 or 3.5% transaction fee (whichever is greater) in addition to your service total.
- Additional guests not being serviced are not permitted under any circumstances.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
- All appointments must be scheduled, rescheduled, and cancelled online. Text messaging, emails, or voicemails are not permitted.
- Cancellations require a 24-hr notice prior to your appointment.
- If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment start time the card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of the service(s) booked in addition to the credit card processing fees. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Please note that if you need to cancel, rescheduling into the next month is not allowed. You must cancel your appointment.
- If you reschedule your appointment into the next month, whether it be voluntary or forcefully, due to no availability of the current month, your appointment will be cancelled. You will have to schedule a new appointment for your desired date.
NO-SHOW POLICY/ LATE POLICY
- In the case that you schedule an appointment and do not show up, the card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of the service(s) booked in addition to the credit card processing fees. There are no exceptions to this policy. Once you are considered a No-Show you will be removed from the system and no longer able to book with Toni Anthony.
- There is a 15 minute grace period which is not void due to any issue(s). If you have not arrived physically inside the salon within your grace period a $25 fee will be applied to your service total.
- In the event that you are late and time does not permit for all services that you have scheduled to be rendered, you will still be responsible for full payment of the services booked.
- If you are 20 mins late, you will be considered a No-Show and a No-show fee (100% of your service price) will be charged to your card on file.
- If the card on file is declined or invalid, you will be blocked from the booking system until your balance is paid in full. Once the balance is paid, all future appointments will require prepayment.

Texting is the most efficient way to reach me. I'm available by text, Tuesday - Friday (9am - 5pm) and Saturday (9am -1pm). Any inquiries outside of these hours will be returned the next business day. Please be mindful of working hours if you do not receive an immediate response.
SALON LOCATION
- Toni Anthony Salon Studio is located at 3448 N. Davidson St. Charlotte,NC 28205
- When arriving, turn onto Patterson St. and make the next turn onto Chagall Ct. There will be a parking lot located straight ahead past the dumpster on your right. If no parking is available, please utilize the free street parking. Make sure to pay attention to where you decide to park as Toni Anthony will not be liable for any parking fees, tickets, or towing expenses.
ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Before your scheduled appointment, your hair must be build-up free and detangled from root to end to allow us stay on schedule. Failure to detangle your hair may result in your appointment being cancelled or all services may not be rendered.
- Please aim to arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes early to allow for a timely experience.
- Once you arrive please remain inside your vehicle. Text the salon number, (704-572-8946), to let me know of your arrival. Please do not attempt to enter the salon until you receive a text response confirming that you may come inside, as the doors are locked.
COVID-19 PROCEDURES
- All clients are required to wear a mask during their appointment.
- If you are experiencing any symptoms of the common cold, the Covid-19 virus, have recently been in contact with someone who has, or if you yourself have recently tested positive for Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment ahead of time as the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies are not disregarded due to any circumstances.
**Services may be refused to anyone who refuses to follow salon policies and procedures**

Please be mindful that the daily schedule can be thrown off for various reasons, so please refrain from booking your appointment on a time sensitive day.
Pictures & videos may be taken for social media/marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let me know once you arrive. All sales are final. There will be no refunds for services booked or retail purchases that have been taken out of the salon.
